Why am I receiving a time out or 406 error when trying to access Snapdocs?

If you're trying to log into your Snapdocs account and receiving a time out error or an error that looks like the one below, check the type of browser you're using. 



The Opera browser can't be used to access Snapdocs. If you're using the Opera browser and receiving a time out error, please try using a different browser.

In general, we recommend using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox when accessing Snapdocs.
