I've contacted the company, but I'm still having trouble receiving payment. What do I do?

While we're unable to provide financial or legal advice, we provide these tips to help you make a decision that you feel is best for your situation and point you in the right direction if you would like to take additional actions to pursue payment. 

Snapdocs is only involved in payment if a company is enrolled in VendorPay, our direct deposit payment feature. In this case, Snapdocs is the one who processes notary payments, which means that we're able to look into what might've happened to your payment. 

If a company is not using VendorPay for their notary payments, we unfortunately don't have any insight into what might be happening with your payment. The best course of action is to continue to try and get in contact with the company that contracted you for the signing, as they'll be able to help you with your payment.
