I received payment directly from the hiring company, but it was for the wrong amount. What do I do?

For signings where you're paid directly by the company that hired you (in other words, payment was not made through VendorPay direct deposit), please contact the hiring company if you believe you've received the wrong amount. You can contact the company that hired you by following these instructions.

Snapdocs does not set the fee for signings. It is up to each signing service or title company that uses Snapdocs to set their own fees. If the fee listed on the order is incorrect, please also contact the company that hired you. They are the only ones who can make adjustments to the order and they'll be able to help with any fee negotiations.
